Who we are

Moses Equity Group was founded to acquire and grow HVAC maintenance businesses through thoughtful, long-term investment.

The firm is led by Isaiah, a driven entrepreneur who graduated from Loughborough University in 2024 with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.

With experience at Rolls-Royce and Sky, and a place on Sky’s graduate scheme, he brings both technical knowledge and commercial acumen to every acquisition.

After discovering a passion for leveraged buyouts in 2024, and with mentorship from seasoned investor Lee Antony Smith, Isaiah launched Moses Equity Group to focus on the HVAC industry—an area he’s genuinely passionate about.
